Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhishouwu granules for hyperlipidemia. Methods: A total of 40 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Zhishouwu granules combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets, and the control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets. After treatment, the clinical effect in the two groups were evaluated. The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL- C) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups was recorded. Results:The total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group, and 85.0% in the control group. After treatment for 14 and 28 days, the levels of TC,TG and LDL- C in the observation group were decreased(P<0.05), and the above three levels were lower than those in the control group at the same period(P< 0.05); after 28- day treatment, the level of HDL- C in the observation group was increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and higher than that in the control group at the same period(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(15.0%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhishouwu granules has good clinical effect in treating hyperlipidemia and can significantly improve the abnormal lipid constituents in the blood.
