Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway of Chinese Medicine on Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage at Acute Stage
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway of Chinese medicine on recovery of neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) at acute stage. Methods:A total of 104 cases of HICH patients at acute stage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,52 cases in each group. Both groups were given comprehensive treatment measures, namely intensive blood pressure reduction, control on blood glucose, dehydration, hemostasis, anticoagulation, and neuroprotective agents;diet nursing, psychological nursing and other comprehensive nursing measures were carried out. The observation group was additionally given clinical nursing pathway of Chinese medicine. Both groups were treated for 21 days. The scores of Canadian Neurological Scale(CNS),and Activity of Daily Living(ADL) were evaluated before and after treatment. The nursing satisfaction was evaluated by patients themselves at discharge. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment, the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The CNS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the ADL scores were increased(P<0.01). When compared with those in the control group, the CNS score in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),and ADL score was higher(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine modern medical treatment and nursing measures, the intervention of clinical nursing pathway of Chinese medicine on HICH patients at acute stage can effectively reduce neurological impairment, enhance activities of daily living, and improve nursing satisfaction with definite clinical effect.
