Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of clinical pathway of Chinese medicine nursing for cesarean section. Methods:A total of 151 cases of pregnant women undergoing cesarean section were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to their intervention, 76 and 75 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was additionally given clinical pathway of Chinese medicine nursing based on the intervention of the control group. The scores of psychological state before and after intervention, and the recovery condition after operation and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the two scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the time of out-of-bed activity,the first anal exhaust time and the time of first breast feeding in the study group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 97.37% in the study group,higher than that of 81.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical pathway of Chinese medicine nursing can relieve the state of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing cesarean section,promote the postoperative prognosis and recovery,and increase the nursing satisfaction.
