Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of enteral nutrition support combined with early rehabilitation nursing of Chinese medicine on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 105 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,52 and 53 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given enteral nutrition and routine nursing. The observation group was given enteral nutrition and early rehabilitation nursing of Chinese medicine. The changes in nutrition indexes, the nerve function indexes, the situation of coma, living ability and cognitive function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After two- week nursing, each nutrition index in the two groups was improved when compared with that before(P<0.05). After nursing for two weeks, the indexes of albumin(Alb), hemoglobin(Hb),total lymphocyte count(TLC) and total protein(TP) in serum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After 12 weeks of nursing, the nerve function indexes in the two groups were improved when compared with those before(P<0.05). After nursing for 12 weeks, the levels of myelin basic protein(MBP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100B protein and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 12-week nursing, the scores of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),Barthel Index(BI) and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) in the two groups were improved when compared with those before, and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the intervention of enteral nutrition support combined with early rehabilitation nursing of Chinese medicine can effectively improve their postoperative nutrition and nerve function, relieve coma, and strength postoperative motor function and cognitive function, and enhance living ability.
