Abstract：Objective：To observe the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing and high-quality nursing on patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 104 cases of patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia were selected as the objects based on coin-tossing method，and divided into the control group and the observation group，52 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing of Chinese medicine，and the observation group was additionally given high-quality nursing based on the nursing of the control group. The anxiety scores，scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) and treatment compliance，the incidence of complications，and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The anxiety score in the control group was slightly higher than that in the observation group，and the scores of SF-36 and treatment compliance were lower，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). In the observation group， the incidence of nausea and vomiting， the infection rate， and the incidence of phlebitis were 11.54%，23.08%，and 17.31% respectively，significantly lower than that of 28.85%，30.77%，and 30.77% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 84.62% in the observation group，higher than that of 25.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Based on Chinese medicine nursing，the additional high-quality nursing has significant curative effect on the relief of negative emotion of patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia，and increases their treatment compliance. Besides，for patients after chemotherapy，it largely decreases the incidence of nausea and vomiting， infection， and phlebitis， and increases nursing quality， nursing satisfaction，and quality of life.
