Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point application combined withconventional nursing for coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even number grouping method,48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine medicine treatment and routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was additionally given point application andconventional nursing based on the intervention of the control group. Before and after treatment, the levels of C- reactive protein(CRP) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) in serum in the two groups were detected; the anxiety and depression were assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD). The nursing satisfaction in the two groups was counted. Results: After treatment, the levels of CRP and LDL in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 79.17% in the observation group and 60.42% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on routine medicine treatment, the therapy of point application combined withconventional nursing for coronary heart disease can significantly improve inflammatory responses, levels of blood lipid, anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction.
