Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine nursing and health education on outpatient transfusion patients. Methods:A total of 160 cases of outpatients who needed transfusion were divided into two groups(80 cases in each group) according to different nursing methods. The patients receiving routine nursing were set as the control group, and the patients receiving health education and Chinese medicine nursing were set as the observation group. The incidence of adverse reactions, emotions and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results:After nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of health education quality, puncture proficiency, reception attitude and environmental quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the psychological scores in both groups were improved when compared with those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine nursing and health education can effectively improve the safety of transfusion, improve the patient's mood, and the nursing satisfaction.
