Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese medicine massage on postoperative neurological function and quality of life in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 107 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 53 and 54 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine massage based on the treatment of the control group. Results: After nursing, neuron- specific enolase (NSE), S100B protein(S100B), myelin basic protein(MBP) and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) in the two groups were improved(P<0.05). After nursing, NSE, S100B, MBP and GFAP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) in the two groups were improved(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of GCS and MMSE in the observation group were higher the score of NIHSS was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
