Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xiao'er Zhili tangjiang combined with psychological intervention for hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood. Methods： A total of 150 cases of children with hyperkinetic syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，75 cases in each group. The control group was given psychological intervention， and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao'er Zhili tangjiang based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment，the clinical effect and the scores of Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ) in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 97.33% in the observation group and 84.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The PSQ scores including learning problems， anxiety， psychosomatic disorder and hyperactivity indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Xiao'er zhili tangjiang combined with psychological intervention for hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood has definite curative effect，and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
