Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin capsules for infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients with infertility in PCOS were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method，44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment，and the study group was additionally treated with Fuke Qianjin capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，hormone levels and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95.45% in the study group，higher than that of 68.18% in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment， there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)， luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of FSH，LH and T in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.55% in the study group and 6.82% in the control group， there being no significance in the difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion： Fuke Qianjin capsules can effectively regulate hormone levels in patients with infertility in PCOS，and relieve clinical symptoms with few adverse reaction.
