Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion at Quchi point(SI 7),Hegu point(PC 9) and Baihui point(LI 6) combined with graded psychological guidance on neurological function, motor function, living ability and negative emotions in patients in convalescence of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 82 cases of patients in convalescence of cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method , 41 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with routine nursing and general rehabilitation training, and the observation group was additionally given moxibustion at Quchi,Hegu and Baihui points combined with graded psychological guidance. Both groups were intervened for four weeks. The improvement of neurological function, motor function, living ability and negative emotions in the two groups was observed. Results: The total effective rate of improvement of neurological function was 95.12% in the observation group, higher than that of 80.49% in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of short-form Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Functional Independence Measure(FIM) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05); the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) were lower(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of moxibustion at Quchi,Hegu and Baihui points combined with graded psychological guidance for patients in convalescence of cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of neurological function, and improve motor function, living ability and negative emotions.
