Clinical Study on Analgesia Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Bupivacaine for Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids After External Dissection and Internal Ligation
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bupivacaine on analgesia effect in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external dissection and internal ligation. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing external dissection and internal ligation were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. After operation, the control group was given bupivacaine for analgesia, and the observation group was additionally given acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect, scores of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and complete healing time of wounds in the two groups were evaluated. Results:The cure-remarkable-effective rate was 94.0% in the observation group and 78.0% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of anal pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the healing time of wounds in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with bupivacaine for patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external dissection and internal ligation has significant analgesia effect, whose curative effect is better than that of simple bupivacaine.
