Abstract： Medicine of She nationality is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine， and its most characteristic theories include the theory of filthy-attack syndrome，the theory of Six Spirits，and the theory of infantile malnutrition with accumulation. Clinically guided by the theory of Six Spirits，the medicine of She nationality has significant therapeutic effect in treating kidney diseases，especially kidney stones，chronic nephritis，diabetic nephropathy and renal fibrosis. Clinical studies on herbs like Herba Centellae，Passiflora perpera Mast.，Herba Serissae and Rostellularia procumbens are a lot，and these herbs can show remarkable therapeutic effect. However，due to the lack of written records of the medicine of She nationality and the oral inheritance of it in the folk，we should actively promote the summary of the folk experience and clinical research of the medicine.
