Abstract: Objective: To observe the intervention effect of Comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing on outpatient children with pseudomyopia. Methods: A total of 93 cases of outpatient children with pseudomyopia were randomly selected, and were divided into the control group(47 cases) and the intervention group(46 cases) according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with compound topicamide eye drops;the control group was additionally intervened with eye exercise, and the intervention group was additionally treated with comprehensive Chinese medicine nursing. After the treatment and nursing, the total effective rate and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: After intervention, the intervention group had better total curative effect than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.17% in the intervention group and 17.02% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing of Chinese medicine can improve the clinical effect and eyesight of outpatient children with pseudomyopia,with great safety and fewer adverse reactions.
