Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal fumigation for recurrent candida vaginitis and its effect on the recurrence rate. Methods：A total of 80 patients with recurrent candida vaginitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group，40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nifurtyl nysfungin vaginal solf capsules combined with fluconazole dispersive tablets；the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese herbal fumigation of Fuke Yihao Prescription based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，disappearance time of symptoms， incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed and compared in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 85.0% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜ 0.05). The disappearance time of vulva pruritus and leucorrhea in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.0% in the treatment group and 7.5% in the control group， there being no significant difference(P＞0.05). The recurrence rate was 5.1% in the treatment group and 22.2% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The additional application of Chinese herbal fumigation of Fuke Yihao Prescription based on the treatment of western medicine treatment，has significant therapeutic effect in treating patients with recurrent candida vaginiti， which can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms， reduce the recurrence rate，and does not increase adverse reactions.
