Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets for vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods： A total of 100 cases of patients undergoing medical abortion were selected as the study objects， and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method， 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given mifepristone combined with misoprostol tablets for medical abortion. The control group was given drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets after the discharge of gestational sac， and the observation group was additionally given Bazhen Yimu capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three weeks. After treatment， the time when the vaginal bleeding volume was more than menstrual volume， the vaginal bleeding duration， the time of menses recovery， the number of people undergoing curettage， and the incidence of abdominal pain and adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results：The time when the vaginal bleeding volume was more than menstrual volume， the vaginal bleeding duration and the time of menses recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， there was no need for curettage in the observation group；in the control group， there were 4 cases of patients who needed curettage， and the curettage rate was 8.00%，the curettage rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of abdominal pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.00% in the observation group， lower than that of 34.00% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Bazhen Yimu capsules combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets in treating vaginal bleeding after medical abortion， which can shorten the vaginal bleeding time and reduce the cases of curettage， with good medication safety.
