Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guben Antai prescription combined with western medicine for early threatened abortion with the kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients who met the requirement were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given dydrogesterone tablets and progesterone injection, and the observation group was additionally treated with oral administration of Guben Antai prescription based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The time of vaginal bleeding and the amount of blood loss were recorded and scored. Before and after treatment, the scores of kidney deficiency syndrome were evaluated , and the levels of estradiol(E2) , progesterone(P) , β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β- HCG) in serum were detected. Results: After treatment, the clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of the time of vaginal bleeding, the amount of blood loss and kidney deficiency syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The levels of E2,P and β- HCG in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Based on routine western medicine, the oral administration of Guben Antai prescription in treating patients with early threatened abortion with the kidney deficiency syndrome, can effectively regulate endocrine, improve ovary luteal function, shorten the bleeding duration, relieve symptoms and enhance clinical effect.
