    目的:观察参麦注射液联合臭氧关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取110 例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各55 例。对照组采用臭氧关节腔内注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参麦注射液治疗。比较2 组临床疗效,检测2 组治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-3)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β) 水平,评价视觉模拟(VAS) 评分、关节功能评分、关节肿胀度。结果:观察组总有效率为98.18%,高于对照组83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组TNF-α、MMP-3、IL-1β 水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组TNF-α、MMP-3、IL-1β 水平较治疗前降低,且观察组TNF-α、MMP-3、IL-1β 水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2 组VAS 评分、关节功能评分、关节肿胀度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2 组VAS 评分、关节功能评分、关节肿胀度较治疗前降低,且观察组VAS 评分、关节功能评分、关节肿胀度明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合臭氧关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,能快速消除关节内炎症反应,缓解关节疼痛,减轻膝部水肿、改善膝关节活动能力,提高治疗有效率。

    Abstract:

    Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with intra-articular injection of ozone for knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group. The control group was given intra-articular injection of ozone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Shenmai injection based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) before and after treatment were detected in the two groups. The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), the joint function and joint swelling degree were evaluated. Results:The total effective rate was 98.18% in the observation group,higher than that of 83.64% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, compared the levels of TNF- α, MMP- 3 and IL- 1β between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF- α, MMP-3 and IL-1β in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, compared the scores of VAS,the joint function and joint swelling degree between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores of VAS,the joint function and joint swelling degree in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Shenmai injection combined with intra-articular injection of ozone has significant clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis, which can rapidly eliminate intra- articular inflammatory reactions,relieve articular pain,reduce knee edema,and improve the activity ability of joint knee and the effective rate of treatment.
