Clinical Study on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Nursing of Chinese Medicine Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Intervening Schizophrenia
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of cognitive behavioral therapy and emotional nursing of Chinese medicine combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) intervening schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional nursing of Chinese medicine combined with rTMS, and the control group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional nursing and pseudo rTMS. Both groups were intervened for four weeks. The clinical effect as well as the scores of Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS), Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI), Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia(BACS) and Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP) before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 83.33% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of PANSS and CGI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of BACS and PSP in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional nursing of Chinese medicine combined with rTMS intervening schizophrenia can effectively relieve the positive and negative symptoms of patients, and improve their cognitive and social functions.
