Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of middle- warming and qi- moving Chinese herbal sachet for dizziness and vomiting after outpatient gynecological surgery. Methods：A total of 106 patients with dizziness and vomiting after gynecological outpatient surgery were randomly divided into the observation group(52 cases) and the control group(54 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing，emotional care and symptomatic treatment of western medicine； the observation group was additionally intervened with middle-warming and qi-moving Chinese herbal sachet based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，the improvement of dizziness and vomiting in different time，and the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group and 98.14% in the control group，there being no significant difference(P＞ 0.05). After treatment， the VAS score of dizziness， vomiting and pain in both groups were decreased significantly when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and there was no significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P＞0.05). In terms of the cases whose improvement time of dizziness，vomiting and pain was less than 30 minutes， there were 32 in the observation group and 12 in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The middle- warming and qi- moving Chinese herbal sachet can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of dizziness and vomiting of patients after outpatient gynecological surgery，accelerate the recovery.
