Abstract: Objective: To observe the intervention effect of emotional nursing combined with comfort nursing for percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods: A total of 149 cases of patients undergoing PCI were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 74 and 75 cases in each group respectively. After operation,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given emotional nursing combined with comfort nursing based on the intervention of the control group. The negative emotions and quality of life before and after nursing,as well as the comfort degree,nursing satisfaction and complications after nursing in the two groups were compared. Results: After two and four weeks of nursing, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing,the comfort degrees of hospitalization and sleep in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was significantly lower(P<0.05);the quality of life and the scores of health guidance, personnel quality, disease observation and symptom improvement were significantly higher, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of emotional nursing combined with comfort nursing can effectively improve negative emotions like anxiety and depression in patients undergoing PCI, reduce the incidence of complications and improve comfort degrees,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
