Abstract: Objective: To observe the application effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with targeted nursing on patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods:A total of 67 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,35 and 32 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were given integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy;the control group was additionally given routine nursing;the observation group was additionally given targeted nursing. The scores of life quality and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),the disease awareness rate, the treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. After treatment, the scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate and disease awareness rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 91.43% in the observation group, higher than that of 71.88% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05).
