Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with comprehensive nursing on knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods：A total of 114 cases of KOA patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 57 cases in each group. The control group was given Chinese herbal fumigation，and the observation group was additionally given comprehensive nursing based on the treatment of the control group. The effect in the two groups was compared. Results：After treatment，the scores of pain，rigidity and dysfunction of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) in the two groups were all decreased(P＜0.05)，and the decrease of each dimension scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with comprehensive nursing for KOA patients can improve the curative effect，knee function and nursing satisfaction.
