Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of point massage combined with Danqi soft capsules for coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods：A total of 88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the order of admission， 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and basic nursing，and the experiment group was additionally treated with point massage combined with Danqi soft capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in the two group was observed. Results：After treatment，the levels of triglyceride(TG)，total cholesterol(TC) and low- density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C) in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment，and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were significantly increased(P＜0.05)； the comparison of the above indexes of blood lipids between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum in the two groups were decreased，and the above levels in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The total effective rate was 95.45% in the experiment group， higher than that of 79.55% in the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of point massage combined with Danqi soft capsules for patients with coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis type has significant effect on regulating the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory factors as well as relieving clinical symptoms with few adverse reactions.
