Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets for habitual abortion. Methods：A total of 116 cases of patients with habitual abortion were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，58 cases in each group. The control group was orally given dydrogesterone tablets，and the observation group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills based on the treatment of the control group. The indexes of immune function，levels of sex hormones，total effective rates and term delivery rates in the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment，the levels of IL-4，progesterone and estrogen in the two groups were increased(P＜0.05)，and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05)；the indexes of IFN-γ and IFN-γ/IL-4 in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)，and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The total effective rate and term delivery rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets has significant curative effect in treating habitual abortion， which can improve immune function，levels of sex hormones and term delivery rates.
