Effect of Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Quality of Life and Negative Emotion of Patients with Cirrhosis Complicated with Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage
Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing on quality of life and negative emotion of patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 80 patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic nursing, while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine emotional nursing. Negative emotions and changes of quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results: After nursing, all scores in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment; the scores of vitality, physical pain, physiological function, physiological function, social function, mental health, emotional function and general health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of negative emotions in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine emotional nursing can help to improve the negative emotion of patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and improve their quality of life.
