Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of press-needle combined with Anwei yin for pernicious vomiting of spleenstomach weakness type. Methods： A total of 82 cases of pregnant women with pernicious vomiting of spleen- stomach weakness type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Anwei yin，and the observation group was additionally treated with press- needle based on the treatment of the control group. The symptoms scores and the levels of serum β- human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) before and after treatment，as well as the curative effect and the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment， the scores of each symptom of pernicious vomiting in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)，and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of serum β-hCG in the two groups were increased(P＜0.05)，and no significant difference was found in the comparison of the levels between the two groups(P＞0.05). The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=2.188， P＜0.05). During treatment， there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion：The therapy of press-needle combined with Anwei yin in treating patients with pernicious vomiting of spleenstomach weakness type can significantly improve symptoms and curative effect，with good safety.
