Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of Xihuang capsules combined with TEC chemotherapy scheme for patients with breast cancer of stage Ⅲ and its effect on immune function. Methods： A total of 78 cases of patients with breast cancer of stage Ⅲ were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TEC chemotherapy scheme，and the observation group was additionally treated with Xihuang capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect in the short term，the incidence of adverse reactions and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate in the short term was 66.67% in the observation group，higher than that of 43.59% in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting， leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CD3 + and CD4 + in the observation group were significantly decreased，and were obviously higher than those in the control group in the same period(P＜0.01)；the level of CD8 + was significantly increased， and was obviously higher than that in the control group in the same period(P＜0.01). Conclusion： The therapy of Xihuang capsules combined with TEC chemotherapy scheme in treating patients with breast cancer of stage Ⅲ can enhance effect，reduce toxin and improve their immune function.
