Abstract：Objective：At present，the combined treatment for recurrent spontaneous abortion is limited at the physical level such as immunologic disorder and pre-thrombosis state，and is lack of the regulation of spirit such as the heart spirit， seven emotions and five minds. However，the disorder of spirit is an important factor in the occurrence of recurrent abortion. According to Chinese medicine， the harmony and unification of visible body and formless spirit is the core idea of life nurturing，disease prevention and treatment. One cannot recover from diseases without the treatment for spirit. Regulating and governing the spirit through Chinese medicine and emotional treatment are both prevention and treatment for recurrent spontaneous abortion，which can reinforce the healthy qi to prevent abortion. The authors preliminarily explored the value of regulating spirit in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion，so as to provide new ideas for the improvement of clinical effect.
