Clinical Study on Oral Administration and External Application of Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined with Moxibustion on Points for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of oral administration and external application of Chinese herbal medicine combined with moxibustion on points for chronic pelvic inflammation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods:A total of 78 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral administration and external application of Danggui Hongteng tang, and the observation group was additionally treated with moxibustion on points based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect of local signs and Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect of local signs was 92.21% in the observation group and 71.79% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical effect of Chinese medicine syndromes was 94.87% in the observation group and 69.23% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of oral administration and external application of Chinese herbal medicine combined with moxibustion on points has significant clinical effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,which can effectively improve local signs and Chinese medicine syndromes and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
