Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of the intervention of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with bifidobacterium on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods： A total of 98 cases of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the odd or even date when they were born，49 cases in each group. The control group was given blue light irradiation， and the experiment group was additionally given Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with bifidobacterium. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the levels of total bilirubin in serum in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)，and the level in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The curative effect in the experiment group was better than that in the control group(Z= 2.293， P＜0.05). Compared the incidence of low fever， diarrhea and rash between the two groups， there was no significance in differences(P＞0.05). Conclusion：The intervention of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with bifidobacterium on neonates with hyperbilirubinemia has positive curative effect good safety，which can effectively control the level of bilirubin.
