Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of press needle combined with Cigui Anshen plaster on patients with perioperative insomnia of orthopaedic department. Methods:A total of 120 patients with perioperative insomnia were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. Both groups were intervened with conventional treatment and nursing;the control group was additionally given estazolam tablets for treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with press needle combined with Cigui Anshen plaster. The monitoring indexes of polysomnogram(PSG) and the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, the total sleep time(TST) in both groups were longer than those before intervention(P<0.05),the sleep latency(SL) were reduce than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the awaking times(AT) in the observation group was shorter than that before the intervention(P< 0.05). After intervention, the TST in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05),the SL was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the AT was less than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the PSQI scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),and the PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of press needle combined with Cigui Anshen plaster can improve the sleep status of patients with perioperative insomnia of orthopaedic department.
