Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electronic moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training for ischemic cerebral apoplexy in recovery period. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy in recovery period were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the treatment group was additionally given electronic moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed. Before and after treatment, the scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Activity of Daily Living(ADL) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),as well as the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum and homocysteine(Hcy) in plasma were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 94.00% in the treatment group, higher than that of 84.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of FMA, ADL and NIHSS in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05); the improvement of the three scores above in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP in serum and Hcy in plasma were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: As forischemic cerebral apoplexy in recovery period, the therapy of electronic moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can improve clinical effect, neurological function, motor function and quality of life, and reduce the levels of hs-CRP in serum and Hcy in plasma.
