Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine for patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for endometrial carcinoma and its effect on the quality of life. Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma who were admitted and treated in our hospital during January, 2015 to January, 2019 were collected via prospective analysis, 55 cases in each group. Both groups, including the observation group and the control group, were given surgical treatment and TP regimen chemotherapy after hospitalization, and the observation group was additionally given Qingre Jiedu prescription and astragalus injection. The changes in the levels of HE4 and CA125 in serum and the indexes of immune function including IgG, IgA, CD4 + and NK cells in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The occurrence of toxic side effects in the two groups was compared. Results:(1) After treatment, the levels of HE4 and CA125 in serum in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). (2) After treatment, the indexes of IgG and IgA in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the indexes of CD4+ and NK were significantly increased;the indexes of IgG and IgA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the indexes of CD4+ and NK were higher than those in the control group; differences were significant(P<0.05). (3) After treatment, each Chinese medicine syndrome score in the two groups was decreased, and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). (4) In the observation group, the reaction rate of gastrointestinal tract of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree in the observation group was 9.09%,the incidence of inhibiting bone marrow of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree 14.54%,and the incidence of liver dysfunction of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree 18.18%,respectively lower than 20.00%,34.55% and 32.72% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on routine operation and chemotherapy, the therapy of Qingre Jiedu prescription and astragalus injection in treating postoperative patients with endometrial carcinoma, can effectively inhibit the development of malignant tumor cells, improve immune function of body and Chinese medicine syndrome scores, and do good for prognosis.
