Effect of Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing on Postoperative Recovery and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Polyp of Gastrointestinal Tract after Endoscopic Treatment
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction in patients with polyp of gastrointestinal tract after endoscopic treatment. Methods:A total of 116 cases of patients with polyp of gastrointestinal tract after endoscopic treatment were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine nursing based on the control group. The intervention in both groups ended when discharge. The scores of pain 24 hours after surgery, the postoperative exhaust time, the postoperative defecation time, nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The score of pain 24 hours after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the postoperative exhaust time and the postoperative defecation time were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 84.48% in the observation group, higher than that of 62.07% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.89% in the observation group, lower than that of 18.97% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention of Chinese medicine in treating patients with polyp of gastrointestinal tract after endoscopic treatment can relieve their postoperative pain, promote recovery and enhance nursing satisfaction.
