Abstract： Objective： To study the effect of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on patients with breast cancer. Methods： A total of 76 cases of patients with breast cancer were investigated and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random odd-even number grouping method，38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine characteristic nursing based on the nursing of the control group. After nursing，the improvement of symptoms of breast cancer，compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results：The scores of edema of upper limbs，pain，restless sleep，constipation，spontaneous sweating and night sweating，vomiting，nausea，torpid intake，lassitude of spirit，lack of strength，and numbness of limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the scores of administration on time， reasonable diet， exercise， and regular return visit， the total score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The application of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with breast cancer can effectively relieve postoperative discomfort， and improve their compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
