Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance on diabetes mellitus and its effect on nursing satisfaction. Methods：A total of 120 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention，and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance based on the intervention of the control group. The intervention effect and nursing satisfation in the two groups was compared. Results： After intervention， the fasting blood glucose， hglycosylated hemoglobin and postprandial 2- hour blood glucose in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)， and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05)；the scores of compliance behavior of patients in the two groups were increased(P＜0.05)， and the increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The intervention of Chinese medicine nursing combined with health guidance for patients with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction.
