Abstract: Objective: To discuss the application effect of nursing intervention of integrated Chinese and western medicine and early enteral nutrition in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 130 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,65 cases in each group. The control group was given nutritional support by nasogastric tube and routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention of integrated Chinese and western medicine. The application effect in the two groups was compared. Results:Before nursing, compared the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel Index between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After nursing, the NIHSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the scores of Barthel Index were increased;the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the score of Barthel Index was higher than that in the control group; differences being significant(P<0.05). Before nursing, compared the levels of prealbumin, albumin and hemoglobin in serum between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After nursing, the levels of prealbumin, albumin and hemoglobin in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment, and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Before nursing, compared the scores of FMA and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) between the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of FMA and MMSE in the two groups were increased when compared with those before nursing, and the above two scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The complication rate was 9.23% in the observation group, lower than that of 26.15% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention of integrated Chinese and western medicine and early enteral nutrition in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage has good curative effect, which can improve neurological function, activities of daily living, nutritional status and cognitive function, and reduce complications.
