Abstract:Objective:To discuss the effect of electroacupuncture compound general anesthesia on hemodynamics and cognitive function of senile patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A total of 134 cases of patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 67 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous balanced general anesthesia, and the observation group was given electroacupuncture compound general anesthesia. The homological indexes and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results: Before anesthesia induction, when compared heart rate(HR), systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and mean arterial pressure(MAP) between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). In the observation group,when compared the HR,SBP,DBP and MAP at the 5th minute after inhalation,during cholecystectomy and after surgery with those before anesthesia induction respectively, there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). In the control group,the HR,SBP,DBP and MAP at the 5th minute after inhalation and after surgery were significantly increased when compared with those before anesthesia induction respectively,and the SBP,DBP and MAP during cholecystectomy were significantly decreased(P<0.05). At the 5th minute after inhalation,the fluctuation range of HR,SBP,DBP and MAP in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the 3rd day after surgery,the levels of epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE) and cortisol(Cor) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After surgery, the levels of S-100β protein and neuron specific enolase(NSE) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before anesthesia induction,and the increase in the control group was more significant(P<0.05);but,on the 3rd day after surgery,the levels of S-100β protein and NSE in the two groups returned to normal(P>0.05). After surgery,the scores of orientation,immediate memory,attention,short-term memory,linguistic competence and visuospatial perception in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before surgery, but the decrease of the above scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of electroacupuncture compound general anesthesia has good effect on laparoscopic cholecystectomy for senile patients, which can reduce the fluctuation of homodynamic indexes, stress level and the damage to cognitive function. It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
