Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyankang pills combined with tinidazole injection for acute pelvic inflammation of internal dampness-heat retention type and its effect on the levels of hemorheology and inflammatory factors. Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,44 cases in each group. The control group was given tinidazole injection by intravenous drip,and the experiment group was additionally given oral administration of Fuyankang pills based on the treatment of the control group. The conditionof temperature and leukocyte to return to normal,and the changes in the levels of hemorheology and inflammatory factors including interleukin-2 (IL-2),procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in the two groups were observed and compared. The clinical effect in the two groups was counted. Results:The total effective rate was 90.9% in the experiment group,and 70.5% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the normalization rates of temperature and leukocyte were respectively 93.2% and 86.4% in the experiment group,and respectively 75.0% and 61.4% in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the blood viscosity and the one of medium shear in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above two indexes in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of PCT,TNF-α and IFN-γ in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P< 0.05),and the above three levels in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Fuyankang pills combined with tinidazole injection has defined curative effect in treating patients with acute pelvic inflammation of internal dampness- heat retention type,effectively down- regulating their levels of inflammatory factors,and improving their hemorheology,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
