Effect of Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing on the Recovery of Limb Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Hemiplegia due to Cerebral infarction
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb function and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction. Methods:Divided 80 cases of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction into two groups according to the envelope method, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group additionally received Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. Compared the nursing effect and its effect on the recovery of limb function and quality of life in the two groups. Results:After nursing, the indexes of Barthel,scores of FMA,scores of social relation domain,physiological domain,psychological domain and environmental domain in both groups were increased,and scores of SAS and SDS were decreased;the indexes of Barthel, scores of FMA,and scores of social relation domain,physiological domain,psychological domain and environmental domain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). After nursing,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased, and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P<0.05). The rate of nursing satisfaction was 97.5% in the observation group, being higher than 80.0% in the control group, difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has good effect in treating patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction, which can significantly improve negative emotions and clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of limb function and elevate the quality of life. It is a kind of nursing pattern with high satisfaction.
