Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal wet compress on the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：A total of 96 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by random number table method， 48 cases in each group. Both groups were treated differently； the study group was additionally treated with Chinese herbal wet compress based on the treatment of the control group. The score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and the nursing effect in the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results： After four weeks and eight weeks of nursing，the FMA scores in both groups were improved(P＜0.05)，and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group at the same period(P＜0.05). After intervention，the nursing effect was 95.83% in the study group and 75.00% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Chinese herbal wet compress has significant nursing effect in treating patients with cerebral infarction，which can improve the nursing effect on limb dysfunction as well as promote its recovery.
