Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal wet compress on the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by random number table method, 48 cases in each group. Both groups were treated differently; the study group was additionally treated with Chinese herbal wet compress based on the treatment of the control group. The score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and the nursing effect in the two groups before and after nursing were compared and analyzed. Results: After four weeks and eight weeks of nursing, the FMA scores in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group at the same period(P<0.05). After intervention, the nursing effect was 95.83% in the study group and 75.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal wet compress has significant nursing effect in treating patients with cerebral infarction, which can improve the nursing effect on limb dysfunction as well as promote its recovery.
