清天河水手法对幼兔内毒素发热的中枢抑制作用及其临床应用的相关探讨

    目的:探讨清天河水手法对内毒素所致幼兔发热的抑制作用及其穴位特异性,并研究其退热的相关机理与下丘脑中前列腺素E2 (PGE2)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP) 含量变化的关系。方法:选取40 只体质量在1.2~1.8 kg 的新西兰幼兔,雌雄各半。随机分为空白组、模型组、清天河水组、非穴区组及药物组,每组8只。观测幼兔的体温以及下丘脑中PGE2、cAMP含量的变化。结果:除空白组与清天河水组外其他各组均有两个发热高峰。清天河水组到3 h时体温降至接近正常。与空白组比较,模型组幼兔体温及下丘脑中PGE2、cAMP 含量显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,非穴区组幼兔体温及下丘脑中PGE2、cAMP含量差异均无统计学意义;药物组幼兔体温显著下降(P<0.05),下丘脑PGE2 及cAMP 含量均降低(P<0.05);清天河水组幼兔体温显著下降(P<0.01),下丘脑中PGE2 及cAMP 含量均显著降低(P<0.01)。与药物组比较,清天河水组幼兔体温及下丘脑PGE2、cAMP含量均较低(P<0.05)。结论:清天河水手法对内毒素所致的发热幼兔有明显的退热作用,且有明显的穴位特异性。清天河水组退热作用比药物组好,疗效快。其相关机理可能是通过抑制下丘脑中正调节介质PGE2、cAMP 的含量而产生降温作用。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To discuss the inhibition effect of Clear Tianheshui method on fever due to endotoxin in young rabbits and its point specificity,and to study the relation between its related mechanism of fever subsidence and the changes in the contents of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) in hypothalamus. Methods:A total of 40 New Zealand young rabbits with the body mass of 1.2~1.8 kg were selected, half male and half female, and were randomly divided into the blank group, the model group, the Clear Tianheshui group, the non- point area group and the medicine group,eight rabbits in each group. The changes in the temperature of young rabbits and the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus were observed. Results: Except in the blank group and Clear Tianheshui group, there were two peaks of fever being found in all the other groups. Until the third hour, the temperature in the Clear Tianheshui group decreased to near normal. Compared with those in the blank group,the temperature and the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus in the model group were significantly increased(P<0.01). When compared the temperature and the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus in the non-point area,there was no significant difference being found between the model group and the non-point area group. Compared with those in the model group,the temperature in the medicine group was significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus were both decreased(P<0.05); in the Clear Tianheshui group,the temperature was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus were significantly decreased(P<0.01). The temperature and the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus in the Clear Tianheshui group were all lower than those in the medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clear Tianheshui method has significant effect of fever subsidence on fever due to endotoxin in young rabbits and point specificity. The medicine group also has effect of fever subsidence,which,however,is not as good as that in the Clear Tianheshui group and with slower curative effect. The mechanism may be the cooling effect caused by the inhibition of the contents of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus.
