Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect on nasal three-needle combined with natural moxibustion for chronic rhinitis. Methods：A total of 72 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups，36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Biyankang tablets for one course，seven days being a course；the treatment group was treated with nasal three- needle combined with natural moxibustion. Both groups were given follow- up for one year. The clinical effect was comprehensively analyzed. Results： One week， three weeks and one year after treatment respectively， the comparisons of clinical effect between the two groups showed significance in differences(P＜0.05， P＜0.01)， which demonstrated that nasal three-needle combined with natural moxibustion has better curative effect in treating chronic rhinitis than the oral administration of Biyankang tablets. The long-term effect in the treatment group was more significant. One year after treatment，the total effective rate remained 94.4% in the treatment group and 63.9% in the control group. Conclusion： The therapy of nasal three- needle combined with natural moxibustion for chronic rhinitis has significant curative effect with good long-term effect and high cure rate.
