Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription for postpartum body pain of blood deficiency type. Methods：A total of 86 patients with postpartum body pain of blood deficiency type were divided into two groups according to random number table method， 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning sustained release tablets， and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription. The clinical effect was compared； the scores of symptom and sign before treatment and after one- month treatment were evaluated；the activity ability and the quality of life were evaluated respectively by Disease Activity Score 28 (DAS28) and 36- Item Short Form Health Survey(SF- 36) between the two groups. Results：After one month of treatment， the total effective rate was 97.67% in the observation group，higher than that of 81.40% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The scores of symptom and sign and DAS28 in both groups were lower than those before treatment，and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group，differences being significant (P＜0.05). The scores of SF-36 in both groups were higher than those before treatment，and the increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription is beneficial to the improvement of the symptoms and signs， the clinical effect and quality of life of patients.
