Abstract ： Post- stroke dysphagia and malnutrition are categorized into Chinese medicine post- stroke sequela of pharyngitis and flaccidity disease. Dysphagia and malnutrition are two common post- stroke complications，which influence quality of life of patients，add higher treatment cost and increase the mortality. Auricular point stimulation can enhance the controllability of cerebral center to swallow and improve flexibility and coordination of pharyngeal muscles. It can promote the recovery of swallowing function， which makes patients increase approaches and types of obtaining food. Auricular point stimulation can also regulate the spleen-stomach function，promote digestion and absorption of ingesting food and improve nutritional status，thus to improve quality of life of post-stroke patients.
