    摘要:

    脑卒中后吞咽障碍及营养不良属于中医学中风后遗症之喉痹与痿病。吞咽功能障碍及营养不良是脑卒中后常见的两个并发症,不仅影响患者的康复进程,增加治疗成本,而且会升高患者的病死率。耳穴刺激能提高患者大脑中枢对吞咽动作的控制性,改善咽部肌肉的灵活性和协调性,可以促进吞咽功能的恢复,使患者获取食物的途径和种类增加。耳穴刺激亦能调节患者脾胃功能,促进摄取食物的消化吸收,改善患者的营养状况,从而改善脑卒中患者的生活质量。

    Abstract:

    Abstract : Post- stroke dysphagia and malnutrition are categorized into Chinese medicine post- stroke sequela of pharyngitis and flaccidity disease. Dysphagia and malnutrition are two common post- stroke complications,which influence quality of life of patients,add higher treatment cost and increase the mortality. Auricular point stimulation can enhance the controllability of cerebral center to swallow and improve flexibility and coordination of pharyngeal muscles. It can promote the recovery of swallowing function, which makes patients increase approaches and types of obtaining food. Auricular point stimulation can also regulate the spleen-stomach function,promote digestion and absorption of ingesting food and improve nutritional status,thus to improve quality of life of post-stroke patients.
