Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of fine management combined with Chinese medicine nursing on rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction in patients with hemiparalysis after apoplexy. Methods：A total of 83 cases of patients with hemiparalysis after apoplexy were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method，42 and 41 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine nursing，and the study group was given fine management combined with Chinese medicine nursing based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were nursed for four weeks. Before nursing and on the 14th and 28th day of nursing respectively，limb function and activities of daily living in the two groups were evaluated，and nursing satisfaction was investigated. Results：On the 14th and 28th day of nursing respectively，the scores of Fugl- Meyer Assessment(FMA) of upper limbs and lower limbs as well as Activities of Daily Living(ADL) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before nursing，and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group at the same period，differences being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was better than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Fine management combined with Chinese medicine nursing for patients with hemiparalysis after apoplexy can improve their limb function，activities of daily living and nursing satisfaction.
