Objective：To observe the curative effect of the therapy of laser combined with Chinese medicine mask for acne.Methods：A total of 86 cases of patients with acne were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine mask， and the observation group was additionally treated with laser based on the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment was four weeks.The clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results：The total effective rate was 97.67% in the observation group and 83.72% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65% in the observation group and 16.28% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of laser combined with Chinese medicine mask for acne，can improve the clinical effect and lessen adverse reactions，which is worthy of clinical application.
