Objective： To discuss the effect of integrated chronic disease management in Chinese medicin e on the rehabilitation effect and compliance in senile chronic heart failure.Methods：Selected 100 cases of patients with senile chronic heart failure as study subjects，and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly，50 cases in each group.The control group received routine medicine and nursing，while the observation group additionally received integrated chronic disease management in Chinese medicine.Compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores，6-minute walk test，cognition of chronic heart failure，medication compliance and therapeutic effect of cardiac function in both groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of cardiac function was 96.00% in the observation group，being higher than 68.00% in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the results of 6-minute walk test in both groups were increased，and the results of 6-minute walk test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜ 0.05).After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05)；comparing Chinese medicine syndrome scores in-between the two groups，there was significant difference being found(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the degree of disease cognition in the observation group was higher than that before treatment(P＜ 0.05)，and the scores of cognition in the control group were higher than those before treatment(P＜ 0.05)；comparing the scores of cognition(except the scores of cognition)in-between the two groups，there was significant difference being found(P ＜ 0.05).After treatment，the scores of medication compliance in both groups were increased，and the degree of increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion：Integrated chronic disease management in Chinese medicine can improve cardiac function and Chinese syndrome，increase exercise tolerant and promote the degree of disease cognition and medication compliance in patients with senile chronic heart failure.
