Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shirun Shaoshang ointment combined with ozone for refractory burn wounds. Methods：A total of 72 cases of patients with refractory burn wounds were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，36 cases in each group. The control group was given ozone disinfection， and the observation group was given ozone disinfection combined with Shirun Shaoshang ointment. The occurrence time of regenerated granulation tissue，the healing time and rate of wounds，the quality scores of wound healing，the incidence of infection and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 97.22% in the observation group， higher than that of 80.56% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). In the observation group，the formation time of regenerated granulation tissue and the healing time of wounds were less than those in the control group， and the healing rate of wounds was higher than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). The quality score of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the rate of wound infection between the two groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion： The application of Shirun Shaoshang ointment combined with ozone in treating refractory burn wounds， can stimulate the growth of regenerated granulation tissue，and promote wound healing，without increasing infection risk.
